We engaged hybridBuild to construct two houses on undeveloped adjoining lots, one of which is to be our new home and the other an income property. The high-profile urban project includes a stand-alone garage, a swimming pool and extensive landscaping in a district with historic designation and close oversight by city officials.

From the outset of our relationship this busy enterprise always made us feel like we were their only clients. That was the first of many differences from other building contractors we have worked with in the past. The second major difference is their overall professionalism in project management, communications and problem solving.
Our project manager, Tony Negri, demonstrates all the important core competences like budgeting, scheduling, sourcing, and managing. However, it is the “team” values and excellent communication skills he brings to the job that make hybridBuild an exceptional organization and such a pleasure to work with. The capable subs and suppliers Tony chooses or recommends reflect these values.
hybridBuild works seamlessly with our architect and designers, another difference from our previous experiences. When a problem is encountered, it is presented constructively, together with alternative solutions and a recommended course of action. Finally, the company demonstrates an ownership over the quality of their work, and the inevitable but occasional shortcoming has always been corrected without argument or dispute.

Throughout our rebuild we had great confidence in hybridBuild. The team was always there to answer questions and all subcontractors were efficient and friendly. Our build moved along smoothly and much faster than other builds in the area.
